I am a third-year PhD student at Rice University. I study international cooperation to understand how states design sustainable treaties that lead to improved outcomes. Much of my research centers on how flexibility mechanisms, which allow states to modify their obligations as they see fit, influence the effectiveness of international institutions and how domestic factors influence compliance with international commitments. My work covers a diverse array of issues, including human rights, military alliances, conflict resolution, and environmental politics.
I hold a Master of Arts in Political Science from Rice University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Haifa.
