I am a PhD candidate at Rice University. I study how international institutions interact with domestic politics to affect state behavior. I use quantitative analysis and experimental methods to explore these dynamics in different institutional contexts, such as human rights and environmental politics. My work has implications for policymakers, NGOs, and INGOs who seek to design, amend, or enforce international law in varying issue and country settings.
I hold a Master of Arts in Political Science from Rice University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Haifa.
